About the Authors
A Doctor of Engineering, Shi Jie is a postdoctoral candidate in Regional Economics of the Guanghua School of Management, Beijing University. He is mainly engaged in the research of system engineering and regional economies. He has published 46 papers and 9 monographs in key domestic journals, and he has presided over and participated in more than 20 major research projects at national, provincial, and ministerial levels.

Si Zhihao, a graduate of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), has been engaged in text editing for years, mainly doing research on the cultural and creative industries. In 2009, he co-authored An Introduction to Cultural and Creative Industries.
